What's the Big Idea
- Supercharge our industry's capability to deliver excellence by creating Exchanges for cooperative, collaborative and integrated approaches.
- Gather diverse stakeholders to collaborate, innovate and accelerate excellence across planning, design and construction.
- Maintain a trusted space for the exchange of ideas and creation of industry process improvements, best practices and KPIs.
- Create and deploy training to develop individuals and teams and disseminate industry knowledge.
How Does Membership Work?
- A company or organization becomes a member of the DCX by paying annual membership dues.
- That company or organization's employees can then participate on Exchanges aligned with their interests and roles; and can access member-only content and pricing.
Will Training and Certification be Provided?
- The DCX will be developing and offering training based on needs of the Exchanges and priorities of the industry.
- Development of certifications and certification processes would result from strategic planning of DCX and applicable Exchanges.
Are There Fees Beyond Membership Dues?
- In addition to Member-only content available on the Member portal, preferred pricing will be given to Members for events and training which require costs to be covered.
- For in-person events and training, the DCX will endeavor to arrange hotel room blocks and discounted rates.
